You mark the key as not received. You should never mark the key as received, until you actually receive it. If the key is not sent during those 7 days, you mark the key as not received, Your first mistake was to mark the key as received, before actually receiving it

How easy it is to give a person a rod without teaching him how to fish. Your answer does not help at all. Let's say that if I read this FAQ question "If I win a game, when can I expect to receive it?" it doesn't help at all. Instead for the opposite case "The winner has redeemed my gift, but not marked it" Received ". How do I proceed?" It is very clear where to read ... It is solved quickly by saying exactly where the answer is instead of creating a bad feeling with this type of answers.

happened on my first win too, the dude said he wont give me another key for it and I should agree on him deleting the giveaway (there was no indication on the ga where it says the key might not work) he said he activated it on his account , therefore I marked the key as not received . If you don't receive the key its just unlucky really just mark it not received and hope to win another ga :)
