Anyone heard about randomgamekeys.eu ?

It's a new opened site and i want to know if i should add money on it or no. The ideea sounds nice , i think i have one of the owners in my list , but i can't ask him if his site is good or not xD . This is why i posted here and ask , i'm sure someone here has atleast bought once from it.
