Yes. Usually smarter to do something like have a ? in the middle of the code, and a space under that says ?=4 or whatever the thing is.

Yes, because they read the HTML which simply has the entire key within a tag:

I would say yes since using a spoiler tag does nothing to obfuscate the key in the code.
