"But some(many actually) russian traders can get cheap ROW copies aswell."
Can you explain how this works? I've received several very nice offers lately for games that I'm interested in that are (apparently) RoW versions, but where the deal seems so good for me that I feel like the only way it makes sense from their perspective is if it's purchased from the Russian/Ukrainian store, where the game in question is normally restricted. Am I wisely avoiding getting games purchased through some sort of sketchy exploit, or just needlessly passing up good deals?

It's locked in Russia but Brazilians and some other countries can buy it cheaper and ROW.
