Or just more and more cheaper?

I think not. In the last few hours people with few cards will rush to sell them for a little profit, so the price will just keep dropping.

And people who only need a few more cards will purchase them which means it should be even.

How many people, you think, would buy that huge amount of cards to make it even? There are already a surplus amount of cards on the marketplace, and there will be more cards pouring in, so they will definitely go down in price.

Seems like it's a bug because all the listings and buy offers are higher than 3 cents

There is no obvious answer... It just depends on supply and demand but we can't know them precisely

You can, it is simple logic.. Card disappear soon and no one wants to be stuck with them. What logical reason is there for the prices to increase that didn't make them increase before?

Yes, but last holiday the prices did not go down that much, compared to the predictable 3-cent cards

Personally, i reckon they'll be higher. With everyone rushing to complete badges before the cards expire :)

And on the other hand everyone trying to get rid of their cards.
Lets take card 4 for example|(Sorry, most of the others don't show me the prices right now because of the load on Steam):

16079 requests to buy at $0.17 or lower

79535 for sale starting at $0.17

So 16k who want to craft versus 79.5k that want to get rid of the card..

Nope, you should have sold in the first few days, when they were 39 cents since everyone was buying like crazy, they will just keep going down in price, they're already 11-12 cents.

they will stay the same within a cent or so until the end of the sale.

Wait.. What?
CS:GO badge costs about $0.5 to craft. Summer sale badge costs around $1.8 to craft.. Explain the reason for the prices saying the same?

They should drop to +- 3cts/card. But that never happens... Instead thousands of cards will be lost at the end of the sale.

if last year is any indicator then no. they just keep getting cheaper and cheaper.

They expire at the end of the sale so I guarantee they will keep dropping until the sale is over.

During the winter they went up in price 1-2 hours before the end of the sale IIRC (probably because everyone expected them to drop in price and postponed making the badge), but this time the situation might be a bit different. I also wouldn't take last year's summer cards situation as an example because last year cards didn't disappear at the end of the sale. We can't know for sure, but don't expect them to skyrocket in price.
