I got some info on him, I found some more people who do not like him and I have 55 notifications and 52 blacklists now here. Now should I get revenge legally or should I let it go and move on? Civic revenge would be nice since he would have to pay me back and be punished by the law. ok thats it have fun.

I have no idea what you're talking about Well, turns out I actually do and you should absolutely go to the police about your Steam scam. How else is he going to learn his lesson ?

Yeah, revenge is totally what police is for. Gather a group of people who don't like him (whoever he is and whatever he's done) and go to the police.

I have no idea what you're even talking about. If you made a thread already, just update that thread, not make another one without context.

Also, good luck taking legal actions against games trading scammers.

That is too bad that you were scammed; too bad that he/she cannot be made to take responsibility and make restitution.
What does that have to do with the number of Blacklists that you are on? Completely irrelevant?

In which country do you live, to have laws about "regrets to have gifted someone something" ? Asking for a friend.

Come on, everyone know that SG is heaven to feminist, everyone is so open minded!

Must be a really nice or horrible country, depending on the context XD

People blacklisted you for stupidity. Yes, I made stupid things too in past and now, and that alone is ENOUGH to get disliked by NO MISTAKES OR BUST people. VAC bans are example. Being a liar or shameful company like Digital Homicide counts as well.

However, the fact that the situation you are ACTUALLY going for the scammer in real life instead of steamrep and community justice, well, this makes it WAY more thick than I expect to turn out. Scammers do not deserve excuses. They deserve to be punished.

But, you weren't really scammed. You basically gifted the game to him, no other way to look at it.

Also, as other pointed out, you should have just updated the original thread, or at the very least put a link to it, since most of us have no idea what are you talking about (which, let's face it, is better for you :D )

stuff happens, it sucks to get scammed. Police aren't going to do anything, best you can do is find his profile on the various trading sites and give him negative rep.. Report him to steam and get him trade banned maybe..

Best thing to do when someone randomly ask you for free crap, is immediately removing them from steam.. Like stone cold steve austin said.. DTA... don't trust anyone..

Ah, "legal revenge". It's a good thing you don't mean this kind of revenge because that would be very illegal :)

Here's another. This kid was so addicted and his mother (adopted) couldn't stop him from playing so she stopped paying the internet bill. His revenge: stab her 17 times, take all her money and go to the local internet cafe to play. I don't know what to say about some people in this world :(

Quite an overreaction again, but i doubt that had something in particular to do with the game itself. Could have been anything i guess. :/
