Oh hi. I've been gone for a while. Been real busy with school and what not. Anyways, I've been homeschooled my whole life, and I decided for my last two years of highschool I'll go to this Trade school. Its a HUGE change. I like the classes. I like some of the teachers. I dislike most of the kids. :)
One of the teachers does not like homeschoolers so RIP me. Anyways, I'm upset about stuff... yay. Have a small train.
->
Also taking a programming class! Its exciting. I like to program. Gunna learn HTML :]
Also. Devil Daggers Its public but ya know. Heres a link :]

by "Mark up" do you mean keeping my grades up? If you do, I dont think I'll have a problem with HTML. Its my government and English I'm probably going to fail.
But thanks for the Bump and have an AWESOME time :}

Yes, that's what it means. Here it's used as a joke, because HTML is short for Hyper Text Markup Language, resulting in "Hope you can keep your mark up in your Hyper Text Markup Language class".

oh, my bad. I guess the teacher for got to explain that. I would have thought that would have been the first thing :]

Eh, the meaning of the name is not really super important. I didn't know it myself until I googled it a few minutes ago to better understand the joke.

Also, that anti-homeschooling guy sounds like a jerk. I wish you luck in him not causing you much trouble.

Woah, cool. Try to have fun!:) Any experience is good experience. A huge change like that can only help you grow.
And whatever happens in school, even if it feels super dramatic... it turns out to be pretty insignificant in hindsight, later on ^^.

Yeah It'll probably be good in the future, but I'm going to dislike it right now :] Thanks for the inspirational words :]
btw I get really bored when I get home, so we should play something sometime (only if you want) :]

I didn't knew being homeschooled was an actual thing. Like, does the goverment recognises it as valid if you wanna go to college after it?

Yes. From what I understand they trust that your parents will tell the truth on what academics you did.

Good luck, hombre! I wish my High School had a programming class, but I didn't really lose out on anything by having to wait until college.

If you're the logically minded sort, programming is an incredibly rewarding and challenging field. There's no end to the problems that need to be solved and the products that people want to be made.

Don't give the toxic people any power over you and you'll be just fine...
HTML is easy. Just remember to open/close tags (similar to markdown here on SG), and you're golden. Good luck!

Good luck in your new school!
I have the same problem, I like some of the teachers, and most of my teachers like me too, but the kids are annoying twats >_<
I'm half-home schooled, half ..schooled(?) I take normal classes, but then also do extra stuff if the school doesn't have it available.

Good luck on programming, but just HTML won't get you everywhere. If you're interested in programming try some of the main languages like c or java. (and Python also helps)

I was also homeschooled and went to public school for the last few years of high school. For me it was a really good experience, even I didn't learn much compared to what I did in homeschool I made some good friends and had some good times. Try not to stress it too much, because as others have said your grades are not really going to matter later on in life. Try to give the other kids a chance, everyone is trying to act cool but you may find you have some common interests. Join a club or sport, computer club, chess, whatever... it may sound lame but you will meet some cool people. And if you like a girl, ask her out! Don't worry about being awkward or whatever, everyone is awkward in high school. Have fun, be respectful to others and keep a positive attitude. Those two years will be over before you know it.

Yeah! Its a little terrifying but I'm gunna try to get more involved. So far I have yet to meet someone I really click with but I still have time. Thanks for the advice! :]
