What is an ideal number of pieces for a jigi puzzle for you?
there are two people who consistently get no 1 or no 2 when solving puzzles I post, I think you're one of them right?

Since I made an account there (after I lost a nearly completed puzzle to a crash and then heard that with a login your progress is saved) I've often been in the top10 or just out of it. I'm "Deleted" up there.
Though sometimes I wonder how some of the times some people get are even possible.... (really 28min? just getting all border-pieces probably took me that long^^)
Edit: But you also have to keep in mind, that (unlike itstoohard) Anonymous users don't get couted here...

That's a good point, I'm sure there are some super fast anons out there too
I am not one of the fastest puzzle solvers up there either, so I could be wrong, but I think it's all about the system that people follow to solve the puzzles, I also think it helps to have a good monitor. I have 2 PCs one a little newer than the other (though still about 4-5 years behind the times I can't even run DirX 11) but I've found that using the better monitor when solving puzzles makes things go smoother, not least because the old monitor is tiny and I have to move the screen about a lot.

Not joining because I'm not sure Id play these, but thank you for sharing!
Puzzles between 120-220 are good imo.

That's kind of you, thank you!
I usually go for point n click little puzzlers like the Blackwell series, casual/relaxing games like stardew valley or mystery like town of salem. I'd join for beholder and Kathy rain, but I already have them :')

lol lucky you, I have some point & click games coming next :p

Another point-and-click fan here, glad to hear it. :D
Do you buy the games specifically for Jigidi giveaways, or do you make puzzles as a fun way of using up old keys?

I often buy bundles because they would have something I am interested in, and because bundles are bundles, they often contain games I already own, so I put the duplicates that I won't be using on SG. I do general GAs as well as others, I tried doing Whitelist GAs but my Whitelist is rather small and many people on it own all of steam already. I think more people blacklist me than whitelist me as well (probably because I won more than I gifted). So I've had whitelist GAs where only 2-4 people enter. Puzzle GAs on the other hand are fun both for myself and others, and have fewer of the downsides I've encountered with other GA options. I'll still make some whitelist or general giveaways in the future, but I'm doing more puzzle ones for now. I hope that answered your question :D

That was a very thorough answer, thank you!
I haven't had the misfortune of being blacklisted by anyone yet. I do find the mindset towrds people with negative win/gift ratios a bit odd. The people who give away more games than they receive are wonderfully generous, but they're also probably the ones who can also most afford to buy the games they want for themselves. I think it's more important to be kind to other users and participate in the community where we can, rather than judging people for how much money they're willing to (or can) spend.
Then again, this is all voluntary anyways and there's no reason people shouldn't be able to exclude others from their giveaways on a whim when they're paying for the games out of their own pocket. C'est la vie.

well for me personally, my win/gift ratio got skewed because there was a few months last year where I was still checking SG but wasn't doing GAs out of laziness lol

so specific
I'll have to make one with exactly that many pieces, it's a must now lol

So apparently, I got two coupons, one for deadbolt for owning risk of rain, and the other for risk for owning dead.
Anyone here interested in either game? Risk was the first steam game I 100% :D I highly recommend it. And I had to buy deadbolt because I loved risk so much. I was impressed they would change the formula after doing so well with the first game, takes guts to not just clone the same thing over and over again. Basically what I'm trying to say is Ubi and EA need to grow a pair, maybe at least a pair between them both

I'll post 4 new giveaways, every day or two.The train will be the last addition to this thread, I'll open new threads for future giveaways, this one is getting too cluttered.Once you've solved the jigidi puzzle you should see a completion message pop up with the invite only SG link. Good luck to all.
Leave me comments if there are any issues or questions.
p.s. I realize not all examples of puzzle difficulties that I've asked about in the poll are shown here, maybe I'll add more in the coming days.
These giveaways are open until Thursday, 9:30 pm Eastern time:1.TASTEE ==> https://www.jigidi.com/solve.php?id=022K4WCT (lvl 2: 350 piece puzzle)2.Beholder ==> https://www.jigidi.com/solve.php?id=GWVYSOI2 (lvl 2: 299 piece puzzle)3.Kathy Rain ==> https://www.jigidi.com/solve.php?id=OOCIUN2P (any lvl : 165 piece puzzle)4.Super Mega Baseball ==> https://www.jigidi.com/solve.php?id=4PD3PZ12 (any lvl: 91 piece puzzle)So I'll keep in mind for the future, most people want puzzles in the 100-150 range, and less than 100 is second. I will continue to make really hard ones as well because I personally like those and even though the people who enjoy them are a minority, they still aught to be represented :)
I think I already knew what the poll would reveal but having confirmation is good.
