I have to wait seven days for strength?
Why I am entered in a giveaway and I won, but the author of the Giveaway gave the same game with other two but not to me, I tried to add as a friend, and commented on a screenshot to warn her but ignores me.

You can not choose "not received" immediately?

What should I do?

You have to be patient. Wait 1 week and then you can mark the gift as not received.
Remember: be patient.

You do not understand, that in the end it was a joke?

The author gave the 2 keys (same game) other 2 but not to me, suggests that it was a giveaway fake.

Then I would immediately put "not received", and not waste time with people like him.

Ah I see, it was a fake GA. You have to wait 1 week anyway.
Good luck with your giveaways and have a good day my friend.

If they made a GA for 3 copies of something and gave away 2 copies already then it's not really a fake giveaway. Instead of commenting with a "warning", how about, (and I know this may be a foreign concept to you, but don't feel bad, it's a foreign concept to most Steam users, it would seem), how about being polite and asking if there is anything wrong regarding the giveaway and, if there is, offer your help in trying to sort whatever is wrong. Also, unless you know FOR A FACT that the user has logged in and actually SEEN your message, then you can't really say they're ignoring you. Maybe they just haven't logged in yet since the giveaway ended. It might shock you to your core and force you to completely rethink your entire belief system but people do have lives offline

Calling out other users is not allowed. You should probably delete the link since it violates the rules of this site. If he doesn't give you the gift, just mark as not received and if you find proof that it was a fake giveaway, just report him. Here's what the rules for this site officially say:

Use the appropriate avenues for support. If you have an issue with another user, submit a ticket with a user report, rather than calling them out within the community or on the forum.

Just wait for the 7 days while trying to periodically contact the creator.
If he/she still doesn't give the game after the 7 days, mark as not received and move on.

He gave to the other two winners but not you?
Did you check your email? Maybe he/she mentioned something in the GA description, that you missed?

Any case, just wait 7 days before marking. Maybe the creator needs some more time to procure the keys.

the -rep is for trading purposes. Dont take out your hate for not receiving a free game like that.
You don't know what situation the creator is in. So cut him some slack.

As said, the -rep is only for trade and scam. Do not put -rep for giveaway, SteamGiveaway has his own punitive rules for fake giveaway.

Reading FAQ, no punishing for who do fake giveaway.

Fake Giveaways : 5 days
And marking the giveaway as not received will make them lose a giveaway slot

And btw, Misuse of Trade Feedback : 5 days

We don't specify the punishment in the FAQ.

Assuming the giveaway isn't deleted before it ends, a person who doesn't deliver gets a nice, red "not received" on their account. Even if they delete the giveaway, later, it is simply replaced with a bright red "deleted" mark, instead, and the person loses a slot. Those who care about their accounts just buy the gift and deliver it.

Maybe the giveaway creator wants to check, if you activated your wins and is not able to do so because your Steam profile is set to private.

Please keep in mind for the future that friend requests from private profiles on Steam show as "Level 0" (at least I think so). Many people ignore level 0 friend requests due to spam bots.

Sometimes this is why I hate giving out public GA. Winners kept whining and whining, and refuse to be patient.

The rule is saying that the creator must give the game WITHIN 7 days. 7 days. 7 days.

If I had 100 giveaway and I gave 99 keys 1 minute after the win, it is still OK if I want to hand out the last key 1 minute before the 7th day.
Maybe the creator forgets where he puts the 3rd key. Maybe he don't have enough time. I don't know, but you should not bug him on the 6 day period. The fact that I can hand 99 keys shows that it is not a fake giveaway. It may not be completed yet, but it is not a fake one.

Personally, if I won something and the creator doesn't gift me the game yet, I will wait until 7 day, and then added him and ask for it POLITELY, not warning them. And if I create a GA and someone bugs me before the 7th day deadline (like you) I would gave the game on the 7th day, and also will blacklist him/her.

I also have blacklisted you.

But what are you saying? The author has 99 keys of a game where you have to be patient.

But we are talking about an author who has created only 3 giveaway and 99, including 2 already given, and the third (I) did not receive anything, you say you do not have time? He played three times in The Witcher 1, so the time has it ...

I even added between friends for 2 days and I was accepted, I wrote about a screenshots her, and avoided me.

Of course, we defend people who teases.

The rules say they have to deliver their game within 7 days. So wait 7 days and then mark as not received if they don't deliver. How hard is this?

The rules do not say anything about them having to accept your friend requests. The rules do not say they have to reply to comments you post on their screenshots. The rules do not say you have to get your games at the same time as everyone else. The rules do not say that the gifter has to deliver your game before playing the Witcher.

So far the gifter has done nothing to break the rules. So how about not throwing a temper tantrum like a spoiled brat and calling them out for fake giveaways?
