Hello pawsome entities!
The story of this adventure started a while ago.
During a dark time in human history (aka "the pandemic") I was looking for some fun things to spend my time on and a way to connect with others.
I found this pawesome site named "Steamgifts" which has a lot of cool and interesting people and a spacecat (So this HAS to be the right place)!
It is a big community of charitable people who want to share the gift of gaming with others. I found some smaller communities that fit with my interests and likes.
In one of those communities I was pretty active and found lots of pawesome people who started out as internet strangers but that I now consider as good friends.
We liked to be our weird and fun selves together and dance around the campfire. During one of those times of joking around the group of Catizens was founded. ALL animals were welcome in our great Cation of Catizens. One of our Meownisters created our group avatar (the awesome JapaniKatti). We did some giveaways for a while, but that was never our main focus.
During a night of exploring I found a mysterious button named "CURATOR" which opened up a whole new world.
So a little side note: I like cats, I love cats, cats are precious (and the true rulers of this world)
I decided to try my hand at this curating and added games with cats. I also gave them the pawesome description "🐱Cat Game".
To my surprise, the follower count started to rise and after some months I got a weird email. Someone had offered me a game for review through Curator Connect. 😱
Spoiler: It was "Kowi Ishto: Battle of Akonoli" and the game sucked
I had fun mucking around with it and eventually decided to ask some of the pawsome friends that I made if they wanted to help me with the curator and add games with cats in them.
But well, there are also OTHER animals that are cool and are in games! So we added dogs and foxes and birds and bugs.
Maybe we'll change this in the future, who knows.
So now our team consists of a cat, a dog, a wolf, a fox and a tiefling!
