I read that, but the way it's written, it made me think they mean "some stuff is locked until you play your PC copy for few hours". Which won't be a problem, I don't need all stuff from start, obviously.
Which is why I'm asking if someone did this - does that sentence only means "play on PC", or does it mean "play on PS3 to be able to unlock it on PC".

Only prologue. Make sure he syncs the progress after he's done though.

What items do you get on PC from the prologue anyways?
Whenever I get GTA5 on PC. I'd like to have played on PS3 first, just for the items.

TL;Dclick: weapons, cars, side jobs (last being most important to me :P)

If you don't know what DLC I'm talking about - https://support.rockstargames.com/hc/en-us/articles/203495713-Exclusive-PS4-Xbox-One-and-PC-Content-for-Returning-Players-in-Grand-Theft-Auto-V
Anyway, I have friend with PS3 and GTA5. Thought I would bug him so he would create a PSN account for me and play GTA5 Prologue to unlock that DLC for me when I buy PC version.
Question is, does this DLC would require my friend to play more than Prologue to unlock full DLC on PC? Did anybody else bugged their friends about it and learned if some stuff in that DLC is linked to, for example, winning last mission on PS3, so you can use new weapon on PC?
