Question about Humble bundle region lock keys

Recently humble bundle start to give me CN region lock keys... If I create a gift link and create a GA in SG, winner who claim the gift will receive a new key (not locked) after claim the gift or I have to set region lock for my GA?

Yes you have to set it to region lock
