Sniper Ghost Warrior 2 - Multiplayer Character Pack Alienware Arena Problem

As many, I got this pack steam key from Alienware Arena.

Tried to add it at my steam acount and got a receipt as steam sub 25634 and there's nothing with that description or other on the game's dlc description that I acess on my library.

Anyone got that problem ?
Is this normal ?
Am I supose to see something on my games proprties related to this only after installing the game ?

I've got two MP packs listed in my DLC tab. Did you try restarting Steam?

Just restarted and nothing, still as it was...
Tried to activate again and got the message that already had it on my steam account....
I've got only the free dlc multiplayer expansion, maybe it has this character pack included, I don't know...
