Some sources say it is free for weekend some say it will be yours to play.

It says PLAY free for a limited time, so I'd assume the former.

It seems to be overrun with traffic at the moment, in any event.

I through it's PC, but it's for Xbox One, i don't have so i can't grab free

Maybe add to it that it's not for PC but only for the Xbox

Install on your home Xbox One console plus have access when you’re connected to your Microsoft account.

Online multiplayer on Xbox requires Xbox Live Gold (subscription sold separately).

you can play pubg + pes 2019 for free untill 11-11-18 , no xbox live gold needed for multi
