I have two different accounts for GMG.
My main account, which I have made several purchases on, received the coupon.
The second account, which I created to purchase a cheap bundle twice (similar to this), didn't receive the coupon.
Based on that, I am thinking that maybe there is some sort of threshold they set and only sent the coupon to those who have spent at least $x in y months?
Either way, they should really lower the price from $15. They aren't going to sell many bundles at that price, especially since some potential purchasers know there is a chance to get it for $0.15.

I don't think they expect anyone to buy it at $15. It's just a base price intended to be discounted 99%. Why not everyone received the coupon code is anyone's guess, though.

Either it takes time to give entire email system this coupon (cuz mb they check each mail before sending ) or its for a select few vip "cough' providers .
