I regret nothing I've purchased on Steam.

As for games in general:
Bruce Lee: Quest of the Dragon
Devil May Cry 3
Metroid Prime
Ninja Gaiden

Sword & Sworcery, if it weren't for the art syle and the fight segments it would have been a massive waste of money.
All the Tom Clancy games, I have nearly all of them, yet I just don't like them.
GTA4, yes there's quality in every part, but going for realistic and serious kinda ruins the "fun" the previous games had. Episodes had more creative and exciting missions, but GTA4 is just gathering dust in my room.
Evil Twin, compulse buy, didn't even work.
Lagaru HD, game mechanics may be solid but it still appears like an eye-sore on my game collection.
Devil May Cry 4, PC, common unable to install problem got me.

I really liked the first one, but the second one was completely unplayable on launch and even now that they've fixed a lot of bugs and added some stuff it's still not a good game.

Orion: Dino Beatdown. Single worst game ever. Secret of the Magic Crystals is freakin' Skyrim compared to that crap.

Deus Ex: Invisible War - can't run it properly with Steam on Win7.

Risen 2: Dark Waters - boring, first Risen was better than this shit.

And a lot of indie games, too. While there are great indie games like The Binding of Isaac, Beat Hazard, etc., there are also tons of worthless shit. That'd be a long list.
