old 'Out of the Park Baseball 15' key, how to giveaway?

I found a old key for "Out of the Park Baseball 15" somewhere in my stash.
I tried to make a giveaway for it, but couldn't make a ga for it.
SG offered several other 'years', but not 15.
looking into my steam account I see that I got years 14-17 for that game (really can't remember activating it 4 times).
wondering now if this key is just for "15" or is this a a key for "Out of the Park Baseball XX", where XX is the year activated?

steamdb was no help (for me) and my google-fu was weak in this case.

sorrry for my confusion, I looked at this page, but I couldn't draw any conclusion of the state for this game.
please be so kind and give a hint on how to decipher that it is removed.
I only see that the last "Last Record Update" was June 14, 2016 ... is this the last time seen on steam?
the "releasestate" is "released" ?!?
