Since the dawn of Steamgifts contributors have waged war with bundle keys. after millennia of bundle keys, the destructive nature of bundles could sustain itself no longer. The website was plunged into an abyss of nuclear fire and complaints. But it was not, as some had predicted, the end of the website. Instead, the apocalypse was simply the prologue to another bloody chapter of SteamGifts history.

It's simple: at some point ( I'm not sure, maybe someone will point it out) you stop getting value if you add games from one bundle (or maybe if you add a game from any bundle, but this also needs confirmation).

Unchanging rafflepoints is because key bundle game make giveaway. Even if Receiver is won marked, contribution is value as same if not more nonkey raffles. Is well known.
