I guess it goes toward paying the remainder of their creditors.

It still goes to THQ, but from there it will be divided up to pay their creditors.

Humble Bundle's weekly sale has 4 THQ games. 40 minutes left to buy.

For the original THQ Humble Bundle I gave all the money to THQ (apart from a small tip to HB) because I thought the company still had a chance of surviving. This time around I gave it all to charity (apart from the tip) since I believe the money would be better used by them than by the big banks that are most of THQ's creditors.

Yeah, I gave it now all to charity as well, no point in giving such small amounts to THQ anymore.

First of all, my couple of bucks is not going to cause the company to "suffer" any more or less than they already have. Second, they've already auctioned off/liquidated all their assets and all but a dozen or so core employees have moved on. It's not possible for the company to suffer any more- they are done. The money wouldn't go to the company or the developers anyway. Practically speaking the choice is to give the money to the shell estate of the company that will wind up with their creditors (e.g. the banks) or to a charity. I think it's easy to argue the charities could use the money more than the banks, that's all.

You openly admit you'd pay the absolute minimum? Really?
No help from me with you purchasing problem - sorry.

Use Google Wallet. Super simple to add your credit card to a Google Wallet account.
And HB accepts it. =)

Well, jeez to you too. Since you replied to my post, it was obviously meant towards what I said.

It has new owners now.
Note that the new owners are continuing development on THQ's games and are employing most of the old people. They're only going to do that as long as THQ makes a profit. So, yes, giving all (or part) to THQ makes sense if you like their games and want to see more of them, and at least some of the money will go to the actual developers (it's not like all of it ever goes to the developers for any non-indie game, sadly, but that's business for you. Gotta pay a lot of people to make big-budget games.)

Hey there, you can divide your contribution on a Humble Bundle, like giving all to charity or customize every division. But now that THQ is gone, where does the money go, when I choose 'All to THQ'?
