For the original THQ Humble Bundle I gave all the money to THQ (apart from a small tip to HB) because I thought the company still had a chance of surviving. This time around I gave it all to charity (apart from the tip) since I believe the money would be better used by them than by the big banks that are most of THQ's creditors.

wish i could buy the humble bundle of 1 dollar, but the site dont acept my credit card ._. so makes no diference for me,

I want to buy the bundle to get the Killing Floor but dont have a credit card... :| And wouldnt it go divided to the 'sub-companies' that are making CoH 3 and Last Light etc.?

Note that the new owners are continuing development on THQ's games and are employing most of the old people. They're only going to do that as long as THQ makes a profit. So, yes, giving all (or part) to THQ makes sense if you like their games and want to see more of them, and at least some of the money will go to the actual developers (it's not like all of it ever goes to the developers for any non-indie game, sadly, but that's business for you. Gotta pay a lot of people to make big-budget games.)
