Question about The Binding of Isaac Achievements*

Hello guys

i kinda have a problem with the achievements in this game.. i earned like 9 achievements in this game and the way i got them is strange .. i kept playing and playing then i closed it and after a while i opened the game and the 9 achievements showed up.. then i kept playing more and i did the same thing .. nothing showed up.. i checked the achievements and i did some stuff that are there.. but still they didnt show up.. theres one like finish the game 2 times.. i did it and nothing.. im new with this game.. so i hope someone knows anything about this and can help me :\

Having to close the game and opening again to get the achivements is a known issue (that I think it has to do with flash) but about those that aren't unlocked even after completing the requirements, I have no idea what could be wrong.

Take note that if you have the Wrath of the Lamb DLC installed, you have to exit and restart the game to get your achievements.

They aren't? Odd... Tell you what, send me a friend request on Steam and when I get on my laptop (hopefully by Friday at the latest), I'll upload the file on my Dropbox account for you to download

I made some of the recommendations that were on the net, but it get worse for me: my achievements does not sync any more, and the play hour does not count... So I can not achieve the Trading Cards for Isaac too. :C

I'd try deleting the game (right-click on BoI in Steam and then go to "Delete local content") and then re-installing it. Then, to fix the achievements, just do the fix that I mentioned in the first comment I made on this thread. Then just load the game and start playing!

Yeah, this is common. Happens to me also. If you have missing achievements that you're sure you have unlocked, try verifying your game cache.

Also, since you're new to the game you might not have discovered yet... without saying too much, you might think you've "finished the game" when really you haven't. The requirement for "finishing the game" might not be what you think it is, which may be why you haven't gotten the achievement.

I tried what GiygasVan posted .. and it worked well and showed the achievements that i did.. so i wasnt wrong about the ones that i did
