Does Nuveem not accept paypal anymore?

I was looking around Nuvvem today, and it seems they don't offer paypal options anymore.

Anyone have any information on this?

Some accs were used to fraud game purchases (security issues), they're solving the issue with PayPal.

Why not to use PagSeguro or PagamentoDigital?
