Yes, the idea is not based on how long you have been around but how many times you have entered and not won. Sorry.

Not all are complaining though. I just tend to ignore the complaints anyways.

It might take some time as 1680 is actually quite high and some of them might already have Civilization V. In the group there exists, with a quick glance, around five or so who could qualify based on entries, though I am familiar with couple more names outside of group who also have enough.

Just try to keep the thread visible at least couple times a day and hopefully the (un)lucky ones will find it.

1680 seems a bit high. Also i see somebody with 393 entered, i guess you don't count those people.

You might wanna pm this guy. He has 2114 entries and no wins, and he has a contributor value of 54.98. I've already left a message on his Steam profile and in the thread I found him in, but he might think I'm trolling/scamming. Best to have the creator of the giveaway notify him.

1680 entries are a lot. Woudn't surprise me that you ended with a few entries(maybe even a winer before reroll) of people that don't qualify xD
