How long does it usually take for a re-roll request to be accepted?

I had to request a new winner (game already on account) and my request was approved after about 3 minutes. Unfortunately newly picked winner also has the game. I sent another request, but after 48 hours there's still no answer.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not whining, nor am I in a hurry. Just a bit confused. Could I have done something wrong with the 2nd request?
