ROW games question

hi guys, i was thinking about trade cod: ghosts, that releases on november. i'm from brazil, i want to know when i'm going to receive an error message if i got a region lock game. Am i going to receive that error message when i try to add the game to my library? or the error message comes when i try to download/play the game for the first time? Like if i successfully add the game to my library, am i going to be able to play when it release?

Normaly if the game is region lock you will not even be able to add it to your librairy but if the game is ROW you can play it worldwide

ty for answering, btw that cod: ghosts is giftable, so it will be on my inventory. if the game is region lock that "add to my library" will not be available? or even the game is ROW or not, "add to my library" will be there?
