As title said.
Usually when you browse the Steam Store Catalog, if you already owned the game it displays a Tag "In Library" just like the "Wishlist" Tag.

Edit Update: This is happening on BOTH Web Browser and on the Steam Client

It will happen with the newer games...the ones that Steam has marked as "Steam is learning about this game". So more manual checking required with those :(

Its even on the Steam Client ._. Games that I owned just doesn't have the tag "In Library" when I browse the Catalog.

This isn't true. Those games don't display as owned through the API but Steam itself can still identify those games as owned. https://imgur.com/a/4fv2Z1r

Thanks, an obvious reading fail on my part. Was thinking Steamgifts, not Steam :)

Nah, it isn't just you. I have had a few that I owned that, in lists, did not have the "In Library" ribbon on them.
But keep in mind, today (Tuesday) is the usually weekly Steam server maintenance day. I had no connection for about 5 minutes, an hour ago, while maintenance was going on. And Steam is always wonky for about 12-24 hours afterward, probably because they have to rotate through all locations and time zones, to archive each regional server.

Check again tomorrow, and I bet it is fixed.

I never used that.
Its always default on Steam that if you already owned the game, it shows a Tag that you own it.

Yup. I noticed it when I looked at a "Complete your bundle" list on a game's store page -- even though I own all games in the bundle, it suddenly listed 3 as unowned at listed a price for them! (Trying to put it in the cart made it behaved correctly though.)

Was really worried for a second until I found the reddit thread ...

Not only that but a lot of your games are also missing from your ''all games list'', even though you have 8,800 hours on Idle Champions it's not appearing there

Just Steam being Steam I suppose.
After the super-long waiting times experienced now, reviews being set to 0 randomly a couple times a day and all those other weird things lately.
