[help] How do I suscribe to SPECIAL news on STEAM?

I wanted to receive in my email, whenever STEAM releases a discount for any game or dlc, collection, etc...

Is any way to do this?

Add them in your wishlist. Steam sometime emails you when a game in your wishlist goes on sale. You have to check your email settings in steam though.
