That's not how it works, but I doubt they can rewoke keys, since only the publisher of the game who manages the Steam account can, and I doubt they will go back to each publisher.

I think the only set is "The Stanley Excavation" (which gives -15%) and the artifacts were not available recently (could be one artifact was available last month)

In the past might be bad, but nowadays keys containing that string is just mostly due to Dev/Publisher generating keys before their games were released or belonging to an old batch of keys.
If they intend to revoke them, nowadays mostly just use "Playtest", "Closed Alpha/Beta" term (There are some left using "For Beta Testing" but rare now)
AWA ones unlikely revoke once you claim it in time (Older keys unused, emphasis on unused, will have chance to be revoked)

Actually it's due to the time not being changed. The time it opened was the original time set, it was an accident so the plan was to set it to the correct time. The banner was added with the correct time, but they forgot to change the internal time to match what was on the banner.

Well...
There were a lot of month in a row where I wasn't interested in any of the games.
Last month(?) I somewhat was interested in the Yakuza game and were already waiting an hour before opening with all my preperations done, but a few minutes before the opening I got distracted with something else and missed the opening by a few minutes.
I was more dissapointed in myself as dissapointed in missing out on the game.
This month I was gonna try to get an Expedtion33 key and was going to prepare the same as last month just with an added alarmclock 1minute before.
But yet again, was beaten by the opening while I was at work :(
Although I was interested in the game about the same as the Yakuza game, the dissapointment feels a bit more because I can't blame myself for it.
But both were a "nice to have" not a "want to have" for me, so I'll get over it...

I have to admit there has been a distinct lack of mea culpa in response to this, frankly, inexcusable snafu. And I say that as one of the people who benefited from it last night (though not soon enough for Exp 33). Trying to get out of it by invoking a holiday weekend is really a bad look because the issue was caused by an error on their part at the start of the month which was apparently never actually remedied.
That said, and I may be unpopular with this but the Americas users, if they're prepared to be objective, really are quite pampered when it comes to the timing of limited time giveaways and the vaults in particular. People think it's bad if they can't get the game they want? Well imagine how that feeling is compacted if they have to stay up/wake up at really unsociable hours on a work day for many of us and then miss out or get blocked by AWAs invisible captcha. Not an excuse for their egregious mistake but I won't also deny I've been a long time advocate of genuinely rotating vault times.
I admit the discord echo chamber isn't helping much, people are rightfully and vehemently disappointed about this and many of the core users there are displaying a distinct lack of empathy for people who have lost out through no fault of their own. Indeed if I hadn't seen the post on SG I probably would have been one of them (not a social butterfly so I don't check on discord more than once or twice a day at best).

Well, at least american users can convert the ARP to Dell Rewards (is it called DRP?) and get very good discounts on hardware. The vast majority of users outside USA and few other selected countries can only spend ARP to "buy" games on the Vault, stupid merchandise (socks...) and cosmetics for the avatar.
So I think it is fair to adapt the Vault opening hours to Europe for example.
About the invisible captcha: we are all affected by that, unfortunately.

Yeah, people gathered ARP the entire month, only for them to say the original open time was in fact 0800 UTC, instead of the announced time, but they forgot to update. What that means, nobody knows, it's not like this one of the main monthly events and needs to be treated with much more care. Then, why not pouring some salt on the injury by slapping an image announcing the vault will open early, which in their infinite wisdom thought it was funny, especially considering the announcement was delivered hours later. Also people on discord that express their frustrations are branded as being ridiculous or worse. Yeah, they mess it up and then blamed the audience for the negative reaction.

I think that... they've made mistakes in the past, but they've never treated users like this. It seems that maybe they're really tired of this things happening, or.. was there an internal short circuit?
Anyway, a simple apology - we're human, we made a mistake - would have calmed most people down.
And no, telling people to queue up their complaints and threatening the angriest ones with Discord bans isn't a good look, even if they're also angry that this happened.

Alienware is marketed as the flagship brand of Dell. You don't buy flagship products because they're cheap. That said their laptops are ok technically while overpriced. Desktops are a different beast and I always enjoy when Gamersnexus takes a dump on them.
I do hope though the ongoing complaints don't lead to the realization on Dell's side that they could do without AWA as the intended image boost is mostly negative.

Basically in the end, no one got anything out of it, people who got extra ARP, will remain like they done the quest normally when it's 25 ARP.
This includes the people who has HPC, since they got deducted 275 ARP instead of 220 ARP.
So no one got anything special, if there must be to say a difference, is that people spent $$ to get a new game for them I guess.

I'm still dissapointed that you can't chose to opt out of DRP.
I have no use for it and I've already missed out on a lot of ARP everytime I get it as an reward for mini games and other stuff.

Egh, I see that DRP expires after 90 days a s well, so you can't even build it up after an extremely long time to try and get something at a massive discount or for free.

And in my case, I can't even access it if I wanted to.
Because around that time they made made DRP available for more countries, they forced me (and others) to change my email because in their words my GMX email address (which I use for over 25 years now) was too ureliable in getting emails delivered.
I had to change to a GMAIL address which I had created a couple of years ago for a mobilephone and which I rarely check.
After that I started to get those "you earned Dell Reward Points", "Your DRP balance for this month", "Your DRP is about to expire" spam Emails on my OLD GMX account.
I wanted to unsubscribe those spam email and followed the link inside the email for that. But I had to login on their website to do it.
How without ever creating an account there? I tried password recovery with my old email address, but the site said there is no account with that address. Same thing for the other GMAIL address.
So I created an account with my GMX address, but it had no DRP balance on it and the new aquired DRP didn't land there either.
Unsubscribing to their emails with this account didn't stop the incoming spam emails and deactivating the account didn't work aswell.
Next thing I tried was creating an account with my GMAIL address, but the DRP didn't go there either.
I haven't found anything in the account settings of the AWA website where I could change the destination where my DRP is going or an indication that I ever "linked" a Dell account to it.
So I still get spam emails about my DRP and can't access it.
I wanted to give it another try with my GMX account a while later, but I can't re-activate my Dell account myself, I would have to contact DELL support to do that, but without logging in, I only can access their automatic troubleshooting system with standard solutions/answers which didn't help and the "real" contact on their website only works if you are logged in.
I haven't bothered to try to contact them on other media, because in the end...I still don't want the DRP, I just wanted to make the emails stop. Which now automaticly go to my spamfolder.

it depends on the region, i believe canadian and european drp doesn't expire

DRP do expire after ~three months in Europe (at least for me as a German customer).
Using the weekly / monthly tasks in AWA, my personal DRP is always between 15,000-25,000 (which is 150-250€ in the Dell shop).

maybe it's the free € converted from drp that don't expire? i thought there were some upsides for eu to shade the mandatory100€ spending
or i could be totally wrong here and mistake it with something else

I did not find an option to convert the DRP into Dell cash / coupons (for later use) yet.
Instead I only could use the DRP during the payment process.
The mandatory 100€ spending makes it pointless to buy peripheral devices like a keyboard or mouse. But for monitors and other equipment it makes sense to collect and use DRP, especially during sales events / other discounts.

In Canada, at least for me, DRP seem to expire a year after last activity, so as long as you earn or use some once a year it doesn't expire. The downside is dell.ca seems to only sell Dell products, no third-party accessories at all. I have two nice Alienware monitors that I got heavily discounted though.

Currently no info about that yet, the only thing that requires it now is the upcoming normal GA on site, currently only that one.
Not sure if that will become the standards for upcoming other GAs or not.
Probably it's just promoting their mobile app for people to use since it's been a long while they update or fix things on it.
Although still many features lack on current status, but hope to see how it improves in future.

Usually yep, if you want to speed it up a little, I'd suggest you to join the Discord and write there, hopefully besides they telling you to write email to support, some Admins like Lecksea could look into your case and solve it by DM.
