Unusually high foil drop rates?

Did they change the drop rate of foils? In just about 1 week I got 7 foils, never dropped so many so quick before, is it just me or it's happening to everyone?

Most of them are under 10 cents, and they're pretty hard to sell too. Not exactly lucky. :)

I get 2 foils per month and am lvl 23 with something like 40 games that have cards.
