I recently made a giveaway where I sent the gift in an e-mail. The person didn't get it so instead of contacting me they waited 7 days and marked as "not received."
I contacted them, explained the situation, and sent the gift. They marked it as recieved and all was good :)
Basically just put the key in the site, tell them what happened, if they get the key they can mark it as received and no one gets in trouble.
also your icon hilariously matches your situation

Heya.
I let my last ga laps and didn't deliver the key.
I want to make good on this asap.
I got forced offline for 15 days and some poor soul didn't get the key I promised with my last ga.
https://www.steamgifts.com/giveaway/M1w87/batman-arkham-origins
I'm 10-14 days overdue on completing this ga.
I've attempted to contact the winner with 3 messages across sg and steam, but I need to wait until that side of the planet wakes up.
However, in the meantime and rightfully....
I have a ga marked UNSENT and UNRECIEVED.
Questions:
After he clicks received and all...
This is a new situation for me and I was unable to find a "how to fix your ga when it goes bad" Q&A in the FAQs or via forum search.
Thank you for your help.
