Why don't we make a celebration/event category?

So I needed an excuse to post a giveaway and instead of making some random shitpost I thought about doing something useful for a change.
Here's the giveaway: lvl 1. And now that that's out of the way...

Why don't we make a specific category for either "celebrations" or "events" since they are really popular and tossing them into "general" or "off-topic" can lead to a bit of a clusterfuck if someone decides to browse looking for them.
This whole thing kind of came to be because I saw some people complaining about the quality of the forum and that got me thinking.

Maybe, with a modification I'll propose in a coment.
