Regional locks because of price difference are pretty much reasonable.
Too bad they don't allow us to buy non-restricted copies for a full US price, it would solve the problem.
But there's one thing I don't get… why cut languages? Why in Russia, for example, they include only russian voice over?
They are so freaking terrible compared to original VO.

Removing language support for russian games is probably just another way to make russian versions even more unattractive to gamers outside of the CIS region.

Fair enough. Plus you need to have a VPN with russian IP to start a game.
But worst thing is — it's not only in Steam, Origin too. And there you can't buy a gift for anyone.
In the end it's just another shitty practice that doesn't help at all.
More reasons to take a sea trip under Jolly Roger.

I was never planning too but Mass effect and Battlefield are Origin only :(

I have the non-Origin version of the C&C: The First Decade Edition (comes with multiple DVD's) and bought those, that were not included in the Decade Edition, on Steam. 10/10. x)

Today marks a very special day in the history of our Steam group, as we’ve reached 100.000 members on monday and have kicked off our 100.000 Member Milestone Celebration Event GER/ENG just a couple of minutes ago.
