go for an i5, but yeah i dont know much about motherboards as long as it has the right cpu socket your all good which 1155 is right :)

I would go for an ASRock Z77 Extreme4 and an i5-2500k

It doesn't really matter, as long as it's 1155 socket, or unless you want specific features..

ASrock might be good for you, as it is a budget board, if that's what your looking for.
