Depends on what you're searching, the money you can spend for it, and so on. Others like anime backgrounds, others like backgrounds related to sports, others like backgrounds related to movies, etc. And happy cake day!

Yeah of course, i think spending under 0,30 is good for a background. Its not like i wont accept more expensive but yeah i think 0,30 is enough and i would prefer not to be anime. Maybe i would love some backgrounds with heister as i really like that them (please dont suggest me anything payday relative as you know...i already love it)

The saints row is over the top and i have to admit that i am a little bit of stupid as i already own the game and i was planning to start it some day but i have never checked it's backgrounds.

Saints Row 2 = awesome.
Other Saints Row games = they're jokes, not games.
I think the Crime background looks better and more realistic than the A Mysterious Person background. Still, it's your choice. ;)

I have already finished 4 and even though i dont like these kinds of crazy games i have to admit i enjoyed it a lot. I have even started playing Saints row 2 but it was broken and i didnt bother fixing it but i have to give it another try sometime soon:)

Important thing to remember: Good backgrounds make the most of the outer margins of the screen. Nothing on the "business section" of the screen will really be seen at all. It blows my mind how many game devs don't seem to get this.

Well, my taste might be really dull when it comes to Steam backgrounds... but... I use E.D.N III Vista sometimes this and I've been wanting this.
Perhaps one of these three may fit you, if not, my inventory isn't private and I hold a lot of backgrounds, give it a look and you might find something you like.

Ya, I was gonna suggest them to, but they feel like something everyone else would suggest.
The GCIII and Forbidden Planet both feel better as actual desktop backgrounds then Steam ones and the Fog of War... I completely forgot I had that one.
