i think it depends on, where you come from, for me, a key cost 1,75€ thats 2,33 dollars...

Traders usually go for paypal price. And if anybody disagree then just do what I do, say this: "Then buy from me for this price using paypal"

I tend to value them at what I can make selling them on the market after Steam takes its cut (generally right around $2).
