Answer to Q2 was white.
Demon of morgoth (=Balrog) "gives a lot of xp" (killed by gandalf), turns Gandalf from Grey to White ;)

I was thinking this way: Kill Demon of Morgoth (Balrog)-->Lots of XP; Grey (Gandalf)--> Lots of smth (magic, levels, level, level up and so on). Then I've tried resurrection and other synonyms. Nothing. In the end it appeared to be so easy :(
