Many of them are x number of copies promo so it's quite normal if you don't get a key for them. There's only one of those where I got a key myself. Those 2 in the OP are vote and get a copy, so everyone should get one.
I've also had issues with WGN for a while, receiving about 1 out of 3 key and I had to email them multiple times before they finally gave me some bogus answer about someone else reserving keys from my location. (Which is highly improbable.)
From that point on I gave up on them. I get what I get, miss what I miss, and don't bother emailing them anymore. Those games usually end up in bundles soon after they're greenlit anyway so I'm not losing out for very long.

It took multiple emails before they even answered me, then they gave me some bogus story about someone else who was reserving keys from my location. If you get you key from the mailer you're golden. If for any reason you didn't receive it, be prepared to get ignored. I don't bother anymore, I just get what I get and chalk the rest up to their system misbehaving.

What do you have against Firefox? Firefox runs faster and it's a lot more customizable then chrome. In Firefox you can set your own shortcuts to websites (add-on) while chrome makes it's own shortcuts for you to websites you visit most often because it thinks that's what you want and it doesn't let you configure that.
There's lot more freedom with firefox then chrome, lot more customization and it runs much smoother.

Can you give me a link to that add-on because I couldn't find one that does that for Chrome?
Also for some reason Chrome scrolls down web pages very slowly for me, any idea what's up with that? I keep it updated even though I don't use it so the problem isn't in that. And I don't have such issue with other browsers, Firefox and Opera scroll smoothly and fast.

most games do take some time to get on but im fairly confident that all of these wgn promo games will get through, regardless of those wild speculations I keep hearing about Valve not letting in gams upvoted through promos and such

Well another one I can think of off the top of my head is Retention, which I'll admit doesn't look like much of a game, but is a pretty cool concept and they even gave out desura keys somewhere for it so people could try it. I would have expected that to be greenlit by now but instead we get things like Dead Bits and Final Slam 2. Now I'm fine with whatever gets onto Steam, nobody has to buy the games they don't feel deserve to be there, but it's rather sad to see games with potential suffer as a result.
