I need help. I can't play C&C 3. Origin cloud syncing stucks when uploading to the cloud.

Yesterday i played a skirmish match on C&C 3. Today when i launched the game it says the cloud and local data have different saves. If i choose local data the game gets stuck at 10% while uploading the save game. If i choose cloud it will have the old save. If i try to use that old save, the game crashes when i exit the game, making origin not upload a "new" cloud save.
I have tried to repair the game and reboot my PC.
Any ideas to play them game without cracking it?
