Back to Steamgifts - Can't buy steam game to Inventory. What?

I'm back after half a year and wanted to share some games since it's halloween sale, but now that I can't store the gift inside my bag, I'm kind of bothered because of it.

What if suddenly the game disappeared from Steam? What if suddenly I used my wallet for something else? Definitely can't make long-term giveaway anymore. Anyone knows a site where I can buy keys without bundles?

you can buy from resellers and deals are usually better, unless you're restricted to use steam wallet money, that's it.

and yes, valve's policies are pretty stupid, at least from users' standpoint.
