Mine is Tales of Berseria, I love the visuals combined with the story and song.

Tales of Symphonia. I like the music in the english gamecube version more than the song in the japanese version, but they're both pretty good.

Other than some of the ones already mentioned:
CnC: Generals
Because that second part(after 15sec) was not what I expected after the first sentence, gotta love the turn this intro took😁

MGS3 the music build up to the drop off was good but MGS2 was just too good

I have several, but here are the most memorable to me:

Fallout
The original Fallout's weird alternate retro-future was a breath of fresh air when it was first revealed, and the masterstroke of using the Inkspots to score the TV scenes basically started an entire legacy. The execution scene in "our dedicated boys keep the peace in newly annexed Canada" nearly traumatised me when I first saw it as a teen, and it's still chillingly brutal today.

Homeworld 2
Linking to the remastered version for obvious reasons. I had a hard time choosing between the sequel and the first title, and the brilliant use of Samuel Barber's Adagio for strings when the mothership is first revealed in the latter still sends shivers down my spine. But the seamless transition from cutscene to rendered graphics in the sequel had me gaping in disbelief when I first saw it - the execution was flawless and perfect, and still something of a rarity today.

Half-Life
Everything about this opening is just brilliant. Also the influential legacy of this technique can be witnessed in the next item on my list...

Bioshock
The ride down the bathysphere with the slideshow detailing madman Andrew Ryan's vision of an utopia and then Rapture's first actual sighting still remains as a powerful reveal after all these years. The first time you get to witness a demented splicer eviscerating a fellow human as a welcome to the place was also fittingly shocking.

Deus Ex
There, I mentioned it. Now someone somewhere is reinstalling it as we speak. The silly nonsensical "Deus Ex Recut" that was produced in its wake and was a proto-meme for the time still makes me chuckle.

MechWarrior 3
MechWarrior 2 is my favourite robot/mech game ever, but its sequel had the admittedly much fancier intro that I still think works really well.

Half Life, the railway ride with the credits rolling felt like the beginning of a movie, I knew I was in for something special.

I don't know if I have a favorite, but I've looked at all of the ones posted so far. I think Tyranny's intro is pretty good and should be on the list.
