Fallout 3 opening is iconic. Starts with a sense of nostalgia but quickly changes to the burnt gray world, going against the song that was playing.

Why they don't make intros like these anymore ? These days, a lot of modern games don't even feature intros.

Both this one and KH2 intros are so good, I haven't played this series in so long and now I miss them :(. Hopefully by the time I can afford a console there will be a new version, with all of the games from the beginning to KH3 combined.

Uncharted 2's train opening is probably the best opening, I have ever seen.
It's the perfect blend of gameplay, tone and story.

Absolutely loved the music in Civ 4 intro -- I never played the game, I just saw the song was the first PC game song to have ever won a Grammy. :)

I just love openings from Ys series. I think Ys Chronicles 1 & 2, Ys Seven and Ys VIII: Lacrimosa of Dana are the best ones.

Many great openings come to my mind, but if i had to pick one that would be Full Throttle. The first game with more than.. 4 colors i saw when i got my own pc. The whole presentation, the theme, everything blew my mind back then. Posting the intro from the remastered version, same thing, better resolution, easier to watch for younger eyes.
