Next Billing is for the September Bundle which is due to reveal tomorrow. Tomorrow, you will receive the rest of the August Bundle after the 3 games already unlock of A Hat in Time, Conan Exiles and Escapists 2. No charges will happen till Aug 31st, 2018 which will be automated with the payment method you choose.

If you really like the games, you can select to pay for Early Unlock and you will get the keys for the games that is revealed tomorrow. For example, if you I select Early Unlock this month, because I have Subscriber status for the month, I will get the keys of A Hat in Time, Conan and Escapist before the automated Billing Date of 27 Jul. So if you pay before 31 Aug then you get the new revealed game(s).

I know its a little confusing which took me 3 months to understand how it works. Previously I thought I was buying keys for previous month. In this case I thought I will get Blackwake, Portal Knights and Hearts of Iron IV but no, you are getting Conan + 2 games.

In short, you will be able to buy at anytime. You Will be Charge, Money taken from Account if you do Nothing by 31 Aug. The next Billing is for September, Not October. Just be really careful if you decide to leave it and pause the month, that is when things get more confusing. You can see your new billing details in "Manage My Subscription" then "Billing History".

Edit: For future reference and the confusing part, from my experience. You have to pause manually Every month before the Billing Date if you Do Not wish to purchase the Month's Monthly, even though you had paused it on the previous month or your subscription is just Month to Month.

Even if you Do Not see the Subscription status and you had previously purchased the Monthly but not Cancelled the subscription. As long as you see a "Next Billing Date" under settings, you will most likely to be billed. The Billing History is very important, it tells you if you are "paused" in the current month or you had "Cancelled" your subscription.

Here comes some questions. I am not sure if you cancelled after getting your current Monthly on reveal; Will you get a Month's worth of Subscription Status or your Status will be void immediately. Personally, I let it carry on till billing date incase I wanted to purchase something off the store.

My subscription is off for this month as I had paused for 2 months but I am still charged for this month. I let it carry out the charges as I wanted Conan and A Hat in Time. Thereby it is important to Cancel or Pause before time.

I am not sure if you have a year's subscription, How long/how many times can you pause? I do not think they will allow endless amount of pauses for Yearly but I hope I am wrong as it will be great if I can pause up to 6 bundles or more for example.
