The idea of the group seems really cool and there are a lot of great giveaways, but the "make some giveaways for only group members" part always discourages me from applying. I usually make most of my giveaways open to all and some for my whitelist + my curatorship groups + a few other groups that don't have such requirements.
But kudos for the idea anyway!

It's true that it can be difficult to get at least 5 entries for the reward for group GAs only, so I've added a whitelist with some people with good ratings and decent giveaways.
Anyway, being in a group is a good way to increase your chances, and adding people to WL seems like a good way to promote the group.

20-30% for this group only + 20-30% for whitelist and other groups and half of your giveaways became private. Another thing with small groups is that there are simply not enough people from different regions and if your key/gift is region-restricted — there may be less than 5 entries.

No private profiles.
Have a normal ration in SG.
No monthly requirements (except for the first giveaway). Keep the value difference not lower than -50$ and of course, you can make as many giveaways as you want.

Regarding game quality NO GAMES LIKE TRIVIA VAULT or some expensive garbage, please. I plan to give away games in the future such as Disco Elysium, The Ascent, For The People, Sid Meier's Civilization® Beyond Earth™, Hidden Deep, Joggernauts, Still Life, Patch Quest, Spiritfarer, Meeple Station and more.
Sharing giveaways with other group and whitelist is allowed but with small groups and please keep balance.
