Steam Support (Urgent Help)

I locked my steam account and now wanted to reopen it but even after 3 weeks they didn't replied. If they are too busy or their server is down or something? Please help. If you got an experience share it with exact time. It will help a lot.

You should, and just lock the thread after. Make a new rule that if someone abuses the support system by making multiple inquiries on an already resolved issue will get a suspension.

Assuming that is what is going on of course.

Not sure why you lock it but i just got hacked and locked my account, then wait around 1 month and a half to get respond from support with the answer " sorry for the delay", btw problem solved right after that.
