I mistakenly sent a ticket to request a new winner for a DLC giveaway I made because I didn't correctly look at the user profile and thought they didn't have the base game, but they in fact DID have the base game. I sent the key to the user, but I want to make sure the support ticket is cancelled. How do I do that? I can't find where to look at "sent tickets".

click the support tab at the top of the page, open your ticket and you should be able to close it

I kept clicking on the down arrow, which opens the dropdown meny with only the Create New Ticket option, but never though of just clicking directly on Support itself!

I was able to cancel the ticket and make sure the winner can get his prize!

You should use the "reply" button, (between "the date" and "permalink") like I just did, or else people won't get the notification for your answer, if they don't check this discussion again, they will never know you thanked them.
