Tbh, people work, get paid, some people get paid huge quantities of money i guess. Some of which are gamers, and so they like to share things with other fellow gamers. I think it's that simple, oh and the generosity too.

Really, those with CV in the thousands probably didn't spend quite that much. Amazon has packaged deals often enough that don't get put on the bundle list. Right now there is a Sonic bundle on there for 10 dollars that would net you over 100 CV if you gave it all away. Others get keys for free from developers and give them for free. There are a number of people, though, that probably have spent a thousand or more and I thank them for being generous to us poorer people that can't afford to give that much. It is as simple as that.
