Constantly banned for unexisting prizes

I bet this wasn't about "claiming" but about not activating games you won. You probably hid some games in your library you have won.

check if you have them in your library, if no, try the key you got here, maybe you just forgot
check if they are private on your steam account

You had best check that the game won was actually the key you activated.

I once got into a spot of trouble because I had won a Lego game but the key I activated was for a different Lego game.

Eventually I had to buy the Lego game that I had won to make sure it was activated on my account.

Still got a free Lego game though, just an odd way of going about it :)

Most likely - some of the wins were marked as private on steam. Unprivate those to avoid issues with those.
All wins need to be claimed on your linked Steam account and visible - thus requirement to not have privated those.

just like vigaristti said, go to the SGtools link provided and check which games are showing up as not activated.

compare them to your steam library if you actually do own them or not.

if they are in your steam library, then maybe you have set them to private or even hidden them.
if they are not in your library, check out your won-list and see if you still can activate them.

edit: maybe the key you won wasnt for the correct game and you either didnt noticed or were happy either way and clicked "received". you need to always check if its the correct game otherrwise you'll get suspended for not activating the game the GA was advertising for

So what is this? Are you trying to confess to running multiple SteamGifts accounts?

You see there is a difference beween constantly (repeatedly - as in 4 times for breaking the same rule) and permanently (one time - permanent consequences).
For example: If you keep constantly breaking the rules you will be permanently suspended.

There's also a difference between being suspended and getting banned but I won't get into that right now.

ok thanks to the replys i was able to see more info about this and now i know more about the situation and i was able to confirm that of the 4 games only one (zombeer) was not working saying the key was used in a diferent steam account. the other games where older winings and i didn't noticed the pages of older winings meaning that the games where in page 2 and 3 and i was able to redeem the other 3 keys
You can check that the keys games are now in my account, because i redeemed them again and they worked. i think that i probably redeemed the key in a wrong way and never noticed, but i'm sure i'm gonna have more attention now. I'm sorry for the situation and apreciate all the help.
Hope they had warnned me that the key was not activated and if i didnt activated it in 24hours they would punish me so i could just have time to see i had done it wrong, because i like this website mechanics a lot and i want to contribute without mischief anyone. gonna do some giveaways soon. thanks and sorry guys

this was my mistake and my stupidity, only had one giveaway not sending me the key out of all the giveaways i won. I always sent all my keys before even posting the giveaway. so i'm just admired that 4 ppl said that this happened to them meaning that maybe it was your mistake too. i dont have another steam account linked in my pc because i'm the only user of the pc but if you share the pc with family or friends you might have redeemed the keys to the wrong account? is that possible? Even so try to redeem the key again and be more aware than me.
Just hope that the owners of the website can give a warning before baning, like i said before give people 24 houres or try days and tell people if the key doesn't show on the account in the next X hours the acount will be penalized, that would have saved me some bans. Hope devs see this and check i redeemed 3 out of the 4 keys and don't be so harsh on me next time i screw this up again.
