Humble Bundle Partner question

exmaple : brawler bundle, tier 3 9$, what happen if buyer give 99% money to partner ?

As far as I know you can't give money to Humble Partners. You can split your money between Developers, Charities and Humble Bundle.

Nevermind. Apparently you can but you can only see Partners under "Choose where your money goes" when you use a link that has a Partner referral.

How you choose to distribute your money has no effect whatsoever on your purchase.

Regardless of if you give 100% to Humble, to SG or another Humble partner, or to a charity [which, by the way, you can usually freely select from most any well-established charity out there, regardless of which charities Humble associates with the bundle], the site only checks against the total of your payment, and uses that to determine the tier of the purchase.
With that fact in mind, a number of purchasers deliberately make a point of not giving any money to publishers with negative reputations.

Your money goes wherever you want between the Developer, Humble, and Charity. Just remember to customize your distribution before you buy.
