Worst is I have seen this in the past but since I had a few year absence I completely forgot.

The "First up" actually means that the first letter is upper case, would have never thought of that.
I just tried to write Key instead of the stars and it worked haha

the "think simple" tip just threw me off, otherwise i couldve guessed the Key in 2-3 tries but the tip made me think it would be something like abc or 123 instead and i wasted my time on that

The Solution:
To be honest, it's so simple that I probably wouldn't have found it myself if I'd been faced with this puzzle 😂😂😂
When mouse-over the image you had the indication: "First Up", which meant that the first letter of the missing code had to be capitalized, and consequently the following 2 were not.
Then I couldn't make it any simpler than putting in the image of a key, because it's simply the missing code.
So i had to replace the stars with "Key" and insert it in a classic steamgift url
