Not too many people are going to need to search it honestly. It's not too hard to click the ticket itself and click their username link next to where it says "winner". So they won't implement it.

This is sorely needed to reduce the chance that the same winner will be reported again by the same GA creator and for the same infractions.

I'm not going to go through my 120+ past reroll tickets just to see if a winner of a new GA I'm about to report was already reported, but I would be happy to search. Too bad it's not possible.
