The winner didn't activated the game. He tried to make a giveaway of a Previous Win (my giveaway). The moderator banned his giveaway. And then he marked my giveaway as non delivered.

No calling out, to start with. Otherwise you can send the proof that you sent it to him to support

You must remove the link tho his page and remove the name on the image you linked. Its ban able to call out people like this.

Also you better can send a support ticket (you dont have to use the censor the image, etc for that).

Remove his name, basically. Openly stating who's done something wrong is considered calling out and isn't allowed
